Note: In addition to being certified Fire Standards Compliant by the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal, all tobacco companies and brand families must also be certified and included in the Oklahoma List of Certified Tobacco Manufacturers Approved for Sale in 2009 ("The Tobacco Directory"), maintained by the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office. Attention All Oklahoma Fire Departments!!!

Per State Statute ALL fire departments are required to report annually to the State Fire Marshal. All Fire Department Annual Reports or NFIRS must be provided to our office no later than January 15th. Please contact Madelyn Brandon @ 405-522-5012 if you have any questions.
